mployment and Salary Record
screen allows you to enter payment/salary details for the active
employee. You can select the payment frequency, i.e. Weekly,
Fortnightly, Monthly and whether the payment rate is hourly or a
salary rate.
A pay rate can then be entered and
the salary will calculate automatically based on the payment
frequency and payment type. If the payment type is an hourly rate,
you will also need to enter standard hours.
There is no limit on the number of
rates that can be captured so you can build up a complete rate
history for the employee.
The timesheet screen will use this
information to show the rate for the employee based on the latest
salary record. |
