Below are some of the ideas our
development team would like to see. But, as it is your product we
thought you should get the chance to choose what should be included
first in future releases of HR+Time.
So here are some of the suggested
features for future releases of HR+Time, of course if you have some
extra ideas then why not let us know at features@easy-hr.co.uk.
Mail-Merge: Create
MS Word documents that link to HR+Time. Ideal for creating
mailing-labels, employee handbooks, contracts, standard forms etc.
Links to External Documents:
Link employee
details to external documents stored on your network. The associated
program can then be launched from within HR+Time to view those
documents. Ideal for linking and keeping track of letters sent to employees.
Scanning: Scan documents
for an employee and save them to an employee directory. Ideal for
scanning driver licenses, fork lift licenses, permits etc.
Holiday
Calendar: View
Holidays, Absent, Sick days for an employee in a yearly calendar view.
Reminders/Alerts: Receive
alerts either via pop-ups, or Email when next appraisal dates are
due, or approved prior learning period expires.
Clocking In:
Create swipe cards for employees, that can be used for clocking
in and out. Link to proximity devices that can record employees
entering and leaving a building without the need to swipe the card.
Track Accidents/Incidents: Record
accidents/incidents against an employee.
Employee Notification: Circulate
notices, notify employees of appraisals by Email. |
