ersonal Details screen
allows you to capture basic information about the employee.
Including their forenames, surnames, date of birth, full address,
national insurance number, driving license details. You can also
capture the employees contact telephone numbers, including home,
mobile and business extension.
A picture/image can be associated
with employee, along with any ethnic group, marital status etc.
This screen also gives you direct
access to a report which will print this information and also access
to the Job Details, Appraisal and Emergency entry screens. |
