The function buttons at the bottom of the screen have the following function

Save - this will save the current line you are entering. HR+Time Remote Timesheets will automatically save a line as soon as you have moved off it.

Append - this will add a blank timesheet line to the bottom of the grid.

Copy Row - if the next timesheet line is similar to the current line and all that changes is say the date and hours. Use the Copy Row button to add a new line with the same information contained within the currently active line.

Delete - this will delete the current timesheet line.

Delete All - this will delete all rows in the timesheet grid.

Export - Use this function to export the current grid view to one of the following formats,
HTML, Excel, Piped Text or XML. The export will depend on the format type selected and extension entered.

Submit Timesheets (F6) - this will submit the timesheet to the required email address and clear the timesheet grid for the next set of entries.

Save as Repeatable Timesheet (F7) - this button will save the current entries to a repeatable timesheet file. The Load Repeatable Timesheet (F8) can then be used to reload the information. This cuts down on entry and time in creating your timesheet, if the time or projects you work on changes very little from week to week, all you need do is save your timesheet as a repeatable timesheet and then just keep re-loading it and changing the hours as required.

Restore Columns - restores the grid layout to the factory settings.

Remove/add Columns - use this to display the holding area to move unrequired columns to.

Close - Closes the Remote Timesheet module.

About - this will give information on the current installed version of HR+Time Remote Timesheets and also the currently available version.
