When HR+Time Plus Remote is installed it creates a directory named RemoteApp directly below the HR+Time application folder.
Contained in this folder are the two required files:-
HRRemote.exe
This is the application itself that the employees will run.
HRRemote.lic
A generic license that is valid for all HR+Time Plus Remote users.
You should then use your email system to email the zip file to all employees and have them extract the information in to a directory called x:\HRRemote (where X is their local drive).
Alternatively, you can email the files separately and have the users save the attachments to the mentioned directory. (This will depend on the security settings for the email system, as some email systems do not except applications as attachments).
