When you start the application the main remote timesheet screen will be displayed.

The grid is made up of the following entry fields:

Field
Use
Work Day
The work day field is a drop down containing the week days starting with the first day of your working week. Just select a day to automatically set the correct actual date.

Date
This field is a read-only field, as the date is set automatically by selecting a working day.

Shift
This field is linked to a drop down view of the currently available shifts. Select the shift you worked on to automatically set the expected hours.

Location
This field is linked to a drop down view of all currently active location. Select the location you worked at or in for the current line.

Project No
If you are linking to Project or Job Cost Codes then a list of currently active projects will be displayed.

Absent
If you where absent for a portion or all of a day then select the absent reason from the drop list of currently active codes.

Type
This drop down list allows you to set whether the line is for Standard or Over Time hours.

Expected
Expected hours is set automatically if you selected a shift code. You can over type this if required.

Hrs Rate 1
Enter the number of hours worked at your first payment rate.

Hrs Rate 2
Enter the number of hours worked at your second payment.

Actual
This column is calculated automatically based on the hours entered in Hrs Rate 1 and Hrs Rate 2
