HR+Time Plus Remote is a
three stage process and enables users within your organisation to
complete and submit timesheets.
  Current
lookup information is distributed to your employees via email. Four
small text files are sent containing current information including, shifts,
locations, absent reasons and Project Codes.
The information is distributed via email using either SMTP or MAPI
email software such as Outlook or Outlook Express.
Updates can be issued to all
remote timesheet users or just the selected users.
The Remote Timesheet users
have an small application installed on their desktop. No data-engine
is associated and will run on Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP
and Windows NT. This allows them to capture their time against
specific locations, projects and shifts. Multiple lines can be
captured for each day to allow for employees working on multiple projects.
Users then submit their completed
timesheet via Email using either SMTP or their MAPI complaint
email client such as Outlook Express and Outlook.
Employees who work on the same
shift/projects with similar hours everything week can save their
current timesheet as a Repeatable
Timesheet. They
can load the Repeatable Timesheet and change the week
commencing date. The application then automatically changes the
working dates based on the days originally entered.
The Work Grid is fully customisable,
columns can be resized, moved or completly removed from the grid to
allow for easy entry that fits your company requirements.
Timesheets are received back via
email from the individual employees and saved in to a predefined
directory. The HR+Time Admin user can then load, view, amend and
delete timesheets and process them through to the main timesheet
screen for printing.
The main view shows only currently
received timesheets, but future timesheets can also be processed by
changing the week commencing date. If timesheets have been received
from invalid employee ID's they are kept separate.Timesheets that
have been received from an employee that is not flagged as a remote
timesheet users, are highlighted but can still be processed.
HR+Time Plus Remote is a
small desktop application that requires no Data Engine, No Web
Servers, just a Windows Operating platform and an Email or SMTP ISP connection.
